We’re very thankful that our patients have been understanding and have cooperated with our new procedures since reopening. Overall, things have gone smoothly with patients calling or texting upon arrival. We are still asking that patients come in alone for appointments, if possible, and that they brush prior to arrival. Parents are also welcomed, although we do ask that they wear a mask and continue to practice social distancing.
Safety First
It’s important that both patients and staff follow safety measures so that we can all stay on track with treatment. For this, we encourage all of our patients to help us by giving us a call to schedule their next visit. Be aware that as part of our new safety procedures, we are taking temperatures and giving hand sanitizer upon arrival. To help maintain communications through social distancing, an updated progress report will be given to patients with parents that waited outside during the appointment. We are also taking steps to ensure we follow guidelines by taking our team’s temperatures each morning, and the front office wears masks when around patients.
Staying Positive
As we navigate this crisis and hope for the day when we can see all of our patients' and their families' smiling faces in our waiting room, our office team has tried to stay positive by maintaining a dynamic work environment. Furthermore, receiving community recognition has helped us stay optimistic during these difficult times, having recently been named Rutherford county's Best Orthodontic Practice by the voters in the Murfreesboro Post Main Street Awards! Our patients are amazing, and we love being able to serve them.
Social Media Contest
We’d also like to remind our patients that we have started a social media Patient-of-the-Month contest! June was hosted on Facebook, and July is currently active on Instagram. Check us out @packortho to enter for a chance to win an Amazon gift card!
