Pack Pals Sign Up
Let us help your little one celebrate their birthday with FREE GIFTS!
When you enroll your child in our Pack's Pals Program, you will receive a sign-up gift and we will mail them a small gift each year on their birthday until the age of 7. Once they reach this age, The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have their first check-up with an orthodontist. We would love to meet you in person for your complimentary consultation then, if you haven't already scheduled with us.
